WYSIWYG or What You See Is What You Get means that you’ll see how it’s going to look as you type.
Rule #1
Don’t include a signing block for any of your SSR Sign Requests, as a new signature block will appear after the last page of your agreement.
SSR allows you to skip the step of editing documents to set signature blocks.
Rule #2
If you have their mobile number, use it. If they’re not in the USA, choose WhatsApp to transmit requests.
The receiver needs to use a touchscreen device to sign with a Wet Signature. We do not allow FONT Adaptation.
- You will see a toolbar at the top of the screen with various formatting options, such as bold, italic, underline, font size, and color. You can use these options to format your text as you wish.
- To start typing, simply click in the text area and begin typing. The editor will automatically format your text according to the default settings.
- To format existing text, highlight the text you want to format and then click on the appropriate button in the toolbar. For example, if you want to make text bold, highlight it and then click on the bold button in the toolbar.
- If you want to add a link to your text, highlight the text and then click on the link button in the toolbar. Enter the URL of the website you want to link to and click “OK.”
- If you want to insert an image, click on the image button in the toolbar. Select the image you want to insert from your computer and click “OK.” You can then resize and position the image as desired.
- When you’re finished editing your text, click on the “save” button to save your changes.
- If you want to undo or redo any changes, click on the undo or redo buttons in the toolbar.
That’s it! With these basic instructions, you should be able to use the WYSIWYG MCE text editor to create and format text to your liking.
Hint: This MCE editor permits copy and paste of many formats, and it will respect most native layouts so that your documents look the way you expect them to.
